Requirements to deployment, end to end.
Started as a pre-medical student, switched to software, and had my first professional MERN Stack role at Level Up, Islamabad within two years of university. That experience led me develop an app currently published on play store. I had to make sure it works perfectly on each device, which was a practical lesson in what it takes to ship software in production.
For my final-year project, SMART GAZE, I built a CCTV classroom monitoring system with face recognition, emotion analysis, and attention tracking. Full MERN stack, AI/ML models trained from scratch, real-time processing backend. It was a practical lesson in what it takes to ship ML in a real system. The project was recognized for its innovation and technical execution, earning 1st Position in the Web Category at the Career Expo 2024 at COMSATS University Islamabad, where it was presented among numerous final-year projects from across the department.
At ApexBeat (iSOFT UK), I worked as a full-stack developer building the student platform, admin panels, support system, and CRM. At MUNDIDA in Italy, I delivered three portals for Banks4All: client, consultant, and admin, from requirements to deployment. Both are products that are live and in production, used by real users.
Full-Stack
MongoDB, Node.js, React. I work across the full stack without needing to hand off between layers.
AI/ML in Production
Trained face recognition, emotion analysis, and attention tracking models from scratch and integrated them into a live system.
End-to-End
Requirements, architecture, development, deployment, handoff. I handle the full lifecycle, not just one part of it.
What I don't do
- I don't start without understanding the problem. Requirements first, code second. Always.
- I don't treat the UI as decoration. Frontend architecture matters as much as the backend.
- I don't ship and disappear. Delivery means the client can run it without me in the room.
Used in production. Not just on a resume.
